About the One Stop Student Service Center

Welcome to the One Stop Student Service Website where you can register for classes, accept your aid award, pay your bill, check your grades, request a transcript, and more.  This site is designed to complement the One Stop Student Service Center located on the second floor of University Pavilion.  If you need help, don't hesitate to ask a question.  We're here to serve you.

One Stop Service Summer Hours (ends September 4th, 2009):
Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

One Stop Service Regular Hours (resumes September 8th, 2009):
Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

Please Note: Daily, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. is our busiest time of day.

In addition, you may contact a staff member by phone during any of the above service hours.  You can also use the Virtual Advisor at the top of this page or ask a specific question online or via email.  Your question will be responded to by a University Service Associate (USA) as soon as possible.

UCit Help Desk:
For assistance in resetting your password for One Stop online services, please use Password Self Service (PSS).  If you need additional assistance contact the the UCit Help Desk at 513-556-HELP.  One Stop Student Services cannot retreive or reset passwords.
