eBill: The UC Tuition Billing System
The University of Cincinnati Student Accounts Office is pleased to provide students with real-time electronic bills in place of traditional paper bills.
 What is the eBill?
eBill is the Web-based version of the paper bill previously sent to students in the mail. |
Students will NOT receive a paper bill from UC. |
Because the eBill is updated daily, review your current account status and know when payments have been received or refunds issued - no need to call an office. |
When do I view my eBill?
Like your class schedule, eBill is available at www.onestop.uc.edu. |
Because paper bills are no longer mailed, a notice will be sent to your Bearcat Online account when your eBill is available for viewing and payment. |
Always review the online eBill a week or two prior to the quarter beginning to know your status and avoid late payment penalties. |
How do I pay my eBill?
Online Payment: When reviewing your eBill at www.onestop.uc.edu, you can make online payment using your checking account or credit card. |
Payment by Mail: Print remittance from online eBill and submit with personal check to address indicated:
University of Cincinnati Cashier's Office Department 00303 Cincinnati, OH 45274-0303 |
In Person Payment: Payments of cash or check can be made at the depository on the 2nd floor of University Pavilion (next to One Stop) or at a branch campus business office. |
Can others see my eBill or make payment?
Because some students have others (typically parents or spouses) that may handle payment of bills, students can assign an alternate password. |
Parents, spouses, or others who you want to view your eBill can use this alternate password along with the student's Username to view, print, or pay your eBill. |
The alternate password is limited to the eBill and health insurance waiver; it does not give access to your schedule, grades, or other online functions. |
eBill is the way for students to be able to monitor their student account activity. It avoids concerns often raised about bills and makes sure that each day you have access to the most accurate information about your University of Cincinnati bill.
