Making an In-Person Payment at Uptown Campus
If you need to make an in-person payment at UC's Uptown Campus, there are several options available:
Cash and check payments via deposit safe
Cash and check payments can be made in-person by using the Cashier's Office deposit safe. The deposit safe is located on the second floor of University Pavilion, next to One Stop Student Services. To make a payment, simply enclose your payment in the deposit envelope provided.
To help you make cash payments, a Jeanie automatic teller machine (ATM) and bill change machine are available on the second floor of University Pavilion. When completing the deposit envelope, please remember to include your UCID number.
Credit card and check payments via kiosk
If you wish to pay via credit card, internet accessible computer kiosks are available on the second floor of University Pavilion. By using your Username and password, you can view and pay your bill. Click here to learn more about making an online credit card payment. Using our free eCheck option, you can pay via check by using the same computer kiosks available for credit card payments.
Payment Receipts
Receipt of payment will be listed on your online bill within approximately one business day. If you desire a receipt for mailed or safe deposit payments, please submit a written request in a self-addressed envelope to: Cashier's Office, PO Box 210061, Cincinnati, OH 45221-0061. Receipts for credit card payments are provided via the online confirmation issued at the time of payment.
