My Personal Information

The One Stop Student Services website allows you to update your contact information.  It is important to keep your address up-to-date in order to ensure that you are receiving information from UC as soon as possible.  Whether you want to change your address or update your login PIN, you can do it all online.  Additional Information

	Get My UCID
	The University of Cincinnati takes very seriously its responsibility to safeguard student records and identification privacy.   To enhance your identity security, UC will discontinue its use of the Social Security Number as the primary student identifier in favor of a new UCID.  Effective autumn quarter 2006, you will use your UCID for all your student business.  Learn more about the new UCID   EZ-Chart Guide to Using Your UCID and Username (PDF)
	Get My Username
	Your Username is a UC online service access code and contains part of your own name.  Use your Username when logging onto One Stop online services (beginning August 21, 2006), Blackboard, Bearcat Online email, and parent/payer access to your bill or to waive your health insurance.
	Change My Address
	If your permanent address, local address, or telephone number have changed you can update this information online.  Your Bearcat Online (BOL) email address cannot be changed online.  Important information, such as billing and financial aid notices, is sent to your BOL email address.  You can learn more about your BOL email address online.
	Change My Privacy Information
	If you would like to change your privacy information, you may do so online through the Office of the Registrar.   The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that protects the privacy of your student education records.  The Office of the Registrar provides more information about FERPA and UC’s compliance with this law.
